Located in the heart of Stockbridge, Edinburgh, our family-run Vietnamese restaurant serves authentic dishes inspired by the recipes, flavours and traditions we grew up with - from steaming bowls of phở and vermicelli noodle salads to fragrant rice dishes, sharing plates and freshly made banh mi.

Golden-fried rolls filled with vegetables, morels, glass noodles and leeks. Choose from tofu, mung beans and sweet potato (vegan), or minced pork with a limey fish dressing.
Fresh rice paper rolls filled with crisp greens, coriander, mint, cucumber and rice vermicelli, served with a peanut dip. Choose from tofu (vegan) or prawns.
Authentic Vietnamese sandwich with Asian pickles, fresh cucumber, coriander and honey butter. Choose from tofu and mushroom pâté (vegetarian), BBQ pork belly pâté, grilled lemongrass beef balls with fried egg, or go all in with our Surf 'n Turf - steak, fried egg, prawn and pâté.
Slow-simmered traditional phở broth infused with five spices. Served with rice noodles, fresh ginger, bean sprouts, coriander, basil, onions, leeks and a traditional breadstick. Choice of tofu, seasonal vegetables and mushroom (vegan), chicken, or beef brisket with medium-rare beef slices.
