This August, Pho & Roll is heading into the heart of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, popping up in Edinburgh's Old Town, just steps from the Royal Mile.

We're taking over the previous home of Hot Toddy for the festival season - a much larger space than our Stockbridge restaurant, built to handle the Fringe crowds. Expect everything you know and love: fresh phở, vibrant rolls, bánh mì and recipes rooted in family tradition, now joined by cocktails and local beers to match the energy of Edinburgh in August.

Whether you're between shows, meeting friends, or just need somewhere good to eat in the Old Town, come find us on Jeffrey Street. Bookings will be available soon - check back here for the link - but we'll also be welcoming walk-ins throughout the festival.
