We're always accepting applications for people to join us at our Stockbridge restaurant and this August, we're expanding beyond Stockbridge with a Fringe pop-up on Jeffrey Street.
Whether it's Stockbridge or Jeffrey Street, we're hiring chefs, commis chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff and waiting staff - front of house welcoming guests, behind the bar mixing cocktails, or in the kitchen bringing our family recipes to life.
Vietnamese food and hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential - what matters most is enthusiasm, a genuine love of good food, and being part of a family-run team that treats people properly.
