At Pho & Roll, we're a passionate team who love sharing authentic Vietnamese food with our community.
We're always accepting applications for people to join us at our Stockbridge restaurant and this November, we're opening our second home: a permanent Vietnamese restaurant across two floors on Jeffrey Street, in the Old Town.
Whether it's Stockbridge or Jeffrey Street, we're hiring chefs, commis chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff and waiting staff - front of house welcoming guests, behind the bar mixing cocktails, or in the kitchen bringing our family recipes to life.
Vietnamese food and hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential - what matters most is enthusiasm, a genuine love of good food, and being part of a family-run team that treats people properly.

We’re open at 1 Dean Bank Lane 7 days a week, until 9:30pm. No bookings, just walk in and we’ll get you seated immediately, or within 10–15 minutes during busy periods. You can now BYOB too!
Our Jeffrey Street restaurant is currently closed for a full refurbishment and will re-open in mid-November.
